Exactly right Tricia. We choose our thoughts and actions, then the consequences of those end up shaping us. Choice and freedom-entrepreneurs love it and wouldn't have it any other way, but I've also seen a fair share shoot themselves in the foot because they prized freedom too much. I think what's needed is some self-imposed structure or the discipline of welding a group of people together into a working team. Honestly, as an entrepreneur myself *I* need that! Entrepreneurs should be 90% biased toward action and 10% reflective/philosophical about what they're doing so they can be self-correcting.

Ron, this is a great reminder that we are always at choice about what we think about and how we act. Entrepreneurs thrive on freedom. Being at choice about our thoughts and actions is the ultimate freedom. "Nothing has any meaning other than the meaning we give it."
